Dr Yugarajah is a Medical Oncologist attached with OncoCare Cancer Centre Malaysia. He underwent his medical oncology training in National Cancer Institute Singapore. Upon returning to Malaysia he was a Medical Oncologist in Pusat Perubatan Universiti Sains Malaysia, Bertam before Joining Thomson Hospital.

He is a co-Investigator of multiple phase 2 and 3 trials involving Head and Neck Cancer, Lung Cancer, Genitourinary cancer and Breast Cancer. He is a strong proponent of multidisciplinary management of cancer and has a strong interest in medical education both as a learner and an educator.
